David Mason is totally old-school. He treats drywall repair like plaster repair. He does business over the phone and does not do email or texting. That can seem a bit frustrating, but he does return phone calls, shows up precisely when he says he will, and does excellent work. He did extensive repair work to walls and ceilings in 3 rooms and in a tall skylight tower which had been torn apart to install new water supplies to a third floor bathroom. All surfaces are flat and corners square. You can’t see where repairs were made. He is a one-man operation so some patience is required to get the job done, but he works steadily all day until it is finished. Drywall repair is a dusty business. David put some effort into cleaning up after himself and leaving the work area relatively clean. I recommend him without any reservation whatsoever!

Absolutely top-notch work at a very fair price. David's a one-man band so you may need to be patient getting in touch. His work is well worth it.

David Mason's price was very reasonable. A kitchen ceiling with water damage. He did an excellent job of cleaning the ceiling, prepping it, putting on the drywall compound, sanding and painting to finish the job, so the ceiling looked like new. He taped off the kitched and had a fan to push dust out of the house through the back door. I would highly recommend Mr. Mason
