We needed tax services due to a major life style change (large private home to a life care facility, while we were still mobile and competent). REM did our 2011 returns promptly from the data I supplied. The returns were promptly done and on my review, all looked OK. The fee for his services, I guess was normal, for these times, $750. For years I have done my own tax returns using TurboTax. For 2011 taxes there were enough changes that we felt professional help was warranted. That said, we returned to TurboTax for the 2012 taxes. Life had settled down.
