How well the doctor communicated, including listening, explaining things, giving easy-to-understand instructions, being aware of the patient's medical history, showing respect, and spending enough time with the patient.
Being able to get appointments and care when needed, including getting appointments, getting medical questions answered by phone, and office wait time.
I think UHC should allow their members to state how they relate to a new dr and how well this dr did. I will let everyone in KCK know do not go to Dr Markese, MD, she doesn't listen, doesn't care and her staff is awful as far as follow up and checking with you when you first get there. The receptionist was unprofessional, her assistant that calls in prescriptions didn't do it and Dr Markese prescribed a drug that didn't even pertain to my problem. In fact,it was for something completely different, not even close to my condition. I am now going to try Shawnee Medical Center since everyone I work with just praises them.
