Each physician included in the survey is able confidentially to review his or her survey results by logging in to his or her own Survey Results Report for Physicians, using a confidential access ID number that CHECKBOOK/CSS sends by First Class mail to the physician. This report gives detailed information intended to help physicians understand what their surveyed patients have said. It includes results on all questions, even on questions that will not be reported to the public because the number of patients rating the physician on that question was deemed by CHECKBOOK/CSS to be too low for public reporting. There is a period of 60 days between the time when a physician can first review his or her Survey Results Report for Physicians and the time when the survey results will be made public. Any physician is invited to send an e-mail to by clicking here if the physician has concerns or questions about his or her report; CHECKBOOK/CSS and/or, as appropriate, the collaborating community coalition will respond to these e-mails.
