Sample Subscriber Comments
(Please remember that individual subscriber comments are informal. Subscriber comments may give you insight into the types of features and problems that exist in a service field, but are not the best basis for selecting or rejecting a specific firm. To assess the quality of a firm's performance, we recommend that you give more weight to the percentages of favorable ratings shown (with the bar graphs) above. Those percentages are generally based on much larger numbers of consumers' ratings (the number of consumer ratings is noted above).

Having been told by dealership that our car needed a new engine, we went to this shop and it's like new for about $400. An obscure problem solved by folks who took the time and expertise to do so. I almost don't want to tell you about this place lest you make them too busy for me.

This place is always packed with cars, but the service is prompt considering the number of customers. You always know how much the service will cost and the staff is always pleasant.
