We shopped there for a replacement reclining sofa for our family room. It was fairly easy to move around the store and look at various pieces without the sales associate hanging by. We bought a sofa and had it delivered within t week, which was sooner than they advised we would receive it. When the sofa we bought was advertised at a lower price several weeks later, the store promptly refunded the difference, without any hassle.
