I wanted to increase the size of my heat pump from 3 tons to 4 tons (in AC sizing terms). Of five quotes, Richards was the best and they were very confident that the size increase would work fine. Three companies declined to bid because they were concerned about the increase in size. I have been overjoyed with the new unit and my electric bills have gone done substantially, especially in the winter when the old system must have been running on pure electric heating way too often.
