First year, great. Slowly downhill in years after that. This past spring him hired for the usual spring cleanup, edging, mulching, and trimming of landscaping. Hard to get him to call back but that is usually a fact of life with most contractors. Noticed this time that there was really no crew, just one other person working with him and sometimes just him. Messy edging. Inferior quality mulch which must have been a hotbed for weed seedlings. Trimming not the neatest. We paid in full him and then discovered he did not mulch certain areas or trim shrubs we had asked him to do and agreed upon.. We called him back a few times. Once he returned our call and said he would be here to finish. Never did and never returned other calls. Would never use again.
