Called the Door Pros after the spring broke on one garage door. They responded quickly and replaced the spring. However, later the same day the wires got cut by the door cables and one cable got caught preventing the closure of the door. I repaired the electrical wires but was unable to correct the door cable. After another call to Door Pros they sent another repairman that corrected the problems. They didn't charge for the additional labor, just the parts. Except for the initial service, overall they did a good job.
