I had three major costly garage door failures since installation 30 years ago. I emailed Kevin some pictures of the problem area. He ran the problem past his installers who determined incorrect hardware was used to install the the top rollers. A fixer arrived the next day and repaired the problem at an affordable price. If they treat everybody like they treated me this is the go to place for repair. I am and will continue to be a repeat costmer.
