We had are taxes prepared by the Pacifica Resource Center and needed to file an amended return using a form that they don't do so we went to H&R Block. Ms. Guerrero charged us $399 to file the form and just copied our previously filed forms to her database. The form was rejected by the Franchise Tax Board and our refund was denied. Ms. Guerrero said we needed to file an additional but we needed to get it from the accountant. She was not helpful at all and we felt overcharged to the service. We are still waiting for the refund.
