Recommended
Dean (owner of Integrity) came to my house within a couple hours of my call. (He actually arrived sooner than expected--wow!--texting me that he was "running early!) Very professional, skilled, replaced a broken spring and was done within an hour. I was very impressed with his professionalism and fairness.

Forrest was personable, knowledgeable, fair and reasonable. He solved the problem and identified and solved a previous installer’s error free on the same call. Gloria is very helpful on the phone. Dean is more like the corporate-trained guy who may upsell for a questionable service or feature. Unfortunately, the base price they quoted for a call was astronomical - visit plus two hours minimum time. Maybe I can’t say the amount, but think of between four and five Ben Franklins for what turned out to be a 10 minute call with no parts.
