When I started, I had never had a regular exercise routine. Bea Garsh got me in shape and into a regular routine. She is calm, caring and knowledgable. She knows how to work around medical issues including injuries and Fibromyalgia. If you want the routine the same each time she will do that. I personally like variety and she makes each work out different. She is an amazing lady, and she has become a roll model for me. She works primarily with older folks (50+). She works out of several locations. I see her at Tobias Physical Therapy in Menlo Park (across from Menlo Clinic). I have been working with her for several years now.
