One should not pay for a one year Dell online/in-home warranty when purchasing Dell computers. They use technicians in India whose comprehension and translation of English is appalling. I gave them access to my computer for 6 months until it was so messed up I needed a new hard drive and Dell demanded return of the old drive at the same time sending a new warranty demanding payment if part not returned. I refused to return the part with all of my personal info and did not pay for the new hard drive that was installed by a technician in my area but was not allowed to download the software. Bad, bad service.
