Store personnel were congenial, knowledgeable, and not pushy.
Selected couch was delivered as promised and set up by delivery personnel.

We wanted reclining sofas at a reasonable price. We got good service until we started looking at a lower priced couch that we liked. This was family room furniture not Living room furniture so we were looking for a reasonable price more than fancy upholstery. They tried to push for an upgraded fabric and treating etc, but when they saw we were not interested in those items they seemed to accept what we wanted. But the energy of our salesman definitely slumped when he saw what we wanted to buy.

Delivery staff was really great though, very fast and polite.

Software system was obviously antiquated and inadequate. It was difficult for staff to place orders or get correct pricing and order forms were unclear and did not show items ordered. Staff could not get info on what other nearby stores might have desired item available for viewing/trying out. Sales staff was pleasant and knowledgeable but I observed Rockvile store manager being rude and confrontational with other customers.
