I used Gutterman services for many years and recently they sold to Ned Stevens. Now Ned Stevens won't even clean my gutters because they are too high off the ground. Apparently there was an OSHA rule change? The inferior rating stems from the fact that it took three separate scheduled services before they finally told me the problem. Each time the crew just left a note that said they couldn't do the service and to call the company. On the fourth attempt I was told they would no longer work on my property and they didn't have an recommendations on who else might do the job.
