I bought some contact lenses here. Prices were about average. Because of this purchase, I got on their mailing list and occasionally get notified of sales. My glasses are always very expensive, even with insurance, but during a 50 percent off sale I was able to buy a very nice pair of glasses for a little over half of what I usually pay--without using the insurance. One of the people I dealt with was outstanding; the others were just OK.

Sylvia Phuong, the optician, found frames that suited me and that I liked, explained the variety of lenses available, and performed all measurements with expertise and caring.

An overbearing sales rep led me to make bad choices. So now I have to live with a bad pair of glasses or go back to the overbearing sales rep and convince him that it was not my fault. My loss.
