Competent, reliable and honest service experiences over many years.

After having gone there for years, based on Consumer Checkbook!, I think I will try a new shop next time. Took my car in for a routine oil change and got a bill that was considerably higher than previously. Had an awkward conversation about the high price of synthetic oil. Took the car home and, after a few days, noticed a pool of fluid on my parking pad for the first time with my low mileage 2012 car. Returned to 10th Street for them to look. Was told, no problem. Returned home to continue to see the leaking fluid. Might try another shop next time.

Although I have had no problems, I don't have the technical expertise to rate the quality of work. My assumption is it's fine.
