We rely on Crescent Electric for all our electrical needs, and have for years. All their work is completed with care and a rare earnestness. They've redone work done by others, and, magically, repaired what seemed unrepairable.

I think the people are nice enough however, they are unreliable and unprepared. Called and made my appointment with Gene. The appointment time came and went. No one answered the phone for a week. Called back to see what happened to them, profuse apologies as their Verizon went out and couldn't get calls. (really?) I go with it and reschedule repeating my requests and work to be done. Sends electrician over who completes 1/3 of the work and says he has to come back because he does not have the parts. (really?) I make another appointment with Gene for the next week as parts have to ordered...why they weren't ordered after the first debacle remains a mystery, but I go with it. Then 15 minutes before the appointment, Gene calls and says they have to cancel this appointment cause the technician got wet in the rain and had to go home. Oh well...onward and upward to find another electrician.

I called them to replace smoke alarms and change out a lighting fixture. The showed up when they said they would, showed me some electrical issues I was not aware of, and did a great job.
