Electrical work-superior. Administrative work-inferior.Used company two times. Both times the electrician was unable to provide a receipt. Said receipt would be e-mailed from office. The first time, receipt was sent only after I called to request it. The second time receipt was never sent, even after two calls asking for it and promises to send it.

Came out for a site visit and never followed up. Had to leave two voice messages with the technician and eventually had to call back the main office to speak with a supervisor. The first person I spoke with said it will cost around $100 and the next thing I know the quote was $1000. Will never do business with them again.

Kolb technician spent 6 hours trying to diagnose and fix electric problem of AC not working. After 6 hours there were many diagnoses but none accurate, and consequently there was no fix; technician wanted to come back next day. Technician wanted me to pay $760 and would not provide me an invoice (it was to be mailed). I switched to another vendor instead, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem ASAP. Only after I contacted BBB did they stop invoicing me.
