No rules followed, no common courtesies from people using machines for many sets to iPhones used in locker room and whirlpool, etc, etc, etc - staff ignore if they are ever around. Staffing is non-existent to simply walk around and check regularly all is ok instead of arguments between gym users. All about cut costs and improve profits.

It's a tough time to rate a gym. Sport & Health-Capitol Hill has done a good job of opening to the extent permitted and doing so in as safe a manner as possible. The locker rooms are closed and the classes are limited, but the staff is still friendly, the equipment plentiful and well-maintained, and the entire facility is cleaned deply and regularly.

Very expensive for a neighborhood gym without locations nationally.
