I wish that I could give them above superior. The estimate was detailed and specific about the work that was to be performed. They gave advice on how to make other changes, but never tried to up-sale me. They refinished the floors on the first and second floor of my house, and replaced the shoe molding. The owner, Wil, was very hands-on, easy to contact, and his staff was diligent, professional, and top-notch. All-in-all, I got a great value, and that was confirmed by the reaction and observations of multiple people who saw the finished product. I highly recommend them, and will use them when I remodel my basement and other parts of my house.

In May, 2018, Hightower Floor Refinishers, refinished all the hardwood floors in our house. Hightower also installed a new ceramic tile floor in our kitchen. Both projects were professionally completed and with a very high quality. Freddie G. Biddle
