Some small jobs were done very well and quickly while others were not - e.g. spending an inordinate amount of time on trying to pull thermostat wire out of the wall for replacement without realizing that it was stapled in the closet, then leaving me with a broken wire and telling me the thermostat was broken. My kid and I pulled through new wire in an hour without replacing the thermostat. Billing was horrible. Double-billing, billing for work never done, and for time leading to no outcome or worse outcome as in the example above.
