I am a very reluctant exerciser, but he somehow keeps me at it with a lot of humor and grace. I hate to think where I would be if I had not done all that training with Dell. He is also good with enthusiastic exercisers, I hear.

Dell has been my trainer for quite a long time now. He helps me a lot and is amused by my jokes about hating exercise, which are not necessarily jokes, but which are necessary to keep me doing it.
