We have used Keith's multiple times. They have always quoted a low price, performed the work in a timely fashion, taken pictures to show before and after. Their repairs have lasted.

I would strongly encourage anyone to avoid Keith Roofing. I first called them with I had a water leakage on my living room wall. Mr. Keith suggested that my first contractor may have pierced the roof membrane on the balcony roof with a nail and said that they would need to replace the entire roof on the balcony. They got a lot of roof tar on the balcony posts, but I ignored that since I thought they had taken care of the problem. Fast forward five years and I had the same problem back on the wall. This time every other contractor I had in told me that the balcony roof was slanted back towards the house and it should have been leveled before being reroofed. They provided prices for again taking off the entire roof and redoing it. When I called Mr. Keith he was indignant that I was asking him to honor his warranty. He said that he didn't have the skills to reslant the roof and hadn't been asked to do that in the first place. I ended up having to pay all over again to have another roofer redo the roof and also pay for a mason to do extensive repair of the interior and exterior wall to address all the water damage that had taken place.
