I recently used Clawes Carpet at this location because of their superior ratings. I recarpeted the stairs in my home and had them make a custom sized area rug for my living room. All store employees were very helpful with suggestions and allowing me to take samples home. Their estimates on delivery times were accurate and they had excellent communication with me throughout the ordering and installation process. The installers arrived promptly and were very respectful of my property. The New York style stair installation was very nicely done. The installers moved heavy furniture and replaced it once the carpet and pad had been laid. Their attention to detail was impressive. I also really appreciated that they cleaned up every trace of dust and loose carpet fiber. I will use Clawes at this location when we recarpet upstairs bedrooms in the near future.

It was not an easy job. The furniture had to be moved from the dining room into the living room for the 40 yr old carpet to be taken up. Then the new laminate was put down. Then, the process was reversed. Thankfully my adult sons were there to help move the furniture. I am very please with the appearance of the new floor and t he qualtiy of the brothers who did the installation job. This was the second time I used Clawes Carpets from the Twinbrooke Shopping Center. I did go to the store to see more samples before the installation since I was not pleased with my original choice.
