Outstanding company. Good work at a good price. Got 3 bids from checkbook highly rated roofers. Crystal's price was much lower than the other 2. They got the roof on in a day and the quality of their work is high. Easy to communicate with. Very happy with their work. They also replaced roofs on 2 other houses in the neighborhood.

We had 4 estimates. Crystal roofing was very competitive. Along with that, Jason explained without pressure the options. The estimate was the most detailed and easy to read. They arrived early on the appointed day and got right to work. The team worked well and are polite and hard working. The roof was finished on time. The cleanup is meticulous. I really feel as if I made the right choice. There is a level of trust hopefully I won't but, even if needed it, I feel they will stand by the work.

I selected Crystal Exteriors from among three companies check rated for quality to remove an 80-year-old slate roof and replace it with Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles with an eave and ridge vent. Jason Lim’s evaluation, estimate, and proposal were extremely detailed and comprehensive, and he was readily available, by phone, to discuss the project and address any questions or concerns. In addition, Crystal Exteriors price was highly competitive, and the company is a Certainteed Select ShingleMaster Roofing Contractor. The materials arrived the day before the work was scheduled and on the day of the work, the crew arrived as scheduled. Crystal Exteriors roofers did an excellent job of safely removing the slate, installing the new roof, and protecting and cleaning up the site. I am very pleased with the new roof and the quality of the workmanship.
