Since I had shingles over shingles (I was told you could do this one time), they had to remove more plywood and shingles than from a normal roof. They installed the new roof and put in the continuous roof vent according to county code. The job was done in one day. And when they were done, I did not find even one little nail left on my property. Well done done IMHO mort fineberg

Pond just replaced our roof. While they are not the least expensive roofing contractor, we hired them because we have confidence in the quality of their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's a very professional and responsive operation, from estimate to job completion.. The crew did a great job cleaning up. If a problem with the roof should emerge, we are confident Pond will do what it takes to make it right.

Very thorough from beginning to end. They were the only roof place that asked to go in the attic as part of doing the estimate. More expensive than competitors but that's because they offer a much longer warranty and higher quality materials at each step. They even considered the flow of water around the chimney and made changes to protect it. And although they said cleaning up debris falling through was our job, they cleaned out our accessible garage area. Communication was also excellent. You get what you pay for! I know they will stand behind their work.
