The nurse's aides were wonderful. Unfortunately, administration keeps the facility very short staffed. Was here for 3 months for rehab after several surgeries. Had to wait up to an hour at times for pain meds. Therapists were very good and knowledgeable. They refused to put a side rail on my bed, therefore I could not turn myself. This was very problematic as I was bedridden for the first several weeks. Some nurses refused to answer call lights and this increased waiting time significantly. I'm a nurse and find this unconscionable.
