First off, the workmanship was impeccable. I'm very happy with the results. However, the workers did leave a mess on my property and weren't as respectful about closing gates after they left for the day, etc. as I would have preferred. In addition, the contractor (Leonard) was a little pushy about upselling, and getting more projects from me, while not making sure the current one was completed satisfactorily. If you don't mind having to keep tabs on the contractor and dealing with a pushy sales person, the work that gets done is fantastic. I just wish the customer service side of the business was as good as the workmanship. The cost was very reasonable (I shopped around) - but the billing is pretty disorganized.
