Anna (Annie) Padrid opened her own gym in spring 2012, bringing with her clients with whom she had worked, sometimes privately, for several years. I started working with her a few weeks after the gym opened. Annie is scheduled to move in October 2014 to larger premises in the same building (the Del Prado Building, in Hyde Park). I am a senior citizen with mobility/neurological problems. Annie works very carefully to counter these and help me maintain the capabilities I have; she gives me exercises to do at home. I have every confidence in her. She works with clienta of all ages and with groups as well as with individuals. Other trainers, carefully screened by Annie, work at the gym also. AS far as I know, there are no "staff." It's possible to purchase membership in the gym and use it on one's own, but I don't do that. I don't feel comfortable handing out my e-mail address; if there were some other way of handling questions, I'd be glad to answer them.
