He was prompt coming out tto look at the job. It is now over two weeks and he never follow through with the estimate.

Tony Kic is the owner and recently completed three separate bathroom remodel projects for me in a 3-flat building. The top two floors were basically the same and Tony tore out and installed new tile. He also reset the toilet and hooked up all the plumbing in the new vanity. The first floor was basically a gut job. The floor, bathtub tile and walls were all pulled out and new cement board, drywall, tile on both the floor and in the tub area was replaced along with framing out a medicine cabinet. Tony works with his brother Mark and their work quality is superb. The building is old and he had to work around a lot of odd and uneven angles and his skills with tile installation, including inlaid tile, turned out great. He clearly takes pride in the job and it shows. He was on time, clean, worked well with the tenants and coordinated with other contractors. His rates are reasonable and he sticks to his quote. With all the other abilities he has along with tile skills, he offers excellent value. I would definitely hire him again.
