1. Nursing Staff Aides: many appear to be there to collect a paycheck; some are almost negligent to properly care for patient and disregard necessary handling of patient based on his/her condition (in this case, recovery from a hip implant). 2. Physical Therapy Staff (contracted with Marianjoy): superior professionally and highly recommended; tries to learn about nursing home's inadequacies to effect change.
