Not Recommended
Poor workmanship - floors left unsatisfactory. Owner did drop the price a bit because of the unacceptable final product - but am now still left with a floor that has stain splotches, uneven sanding, exposed staples, uneven stain finish. Repeated efforts to fix their mistakes left even bigger mistakes/issues.
