I brought them my snowblower 3 weeks ago to determine its problem and whether it was covered under warranty. I was told it would cost $40 if the problem was not covered under warranty, and that they would have checked it out in a week and a half. I have now called them twice about it and they say they're working on lawn mowers now and they're get to it "later." (They are one of three authorized service centers for MTD yard machines in the Chicago area.) I'm getting tired of waiting and am thinking I will call the store manager about this matter.
