Dan, estimator, would not even inspect the gutters and downspouts around my house, because he got focused on explaining (and re-explaining, etc) how ice dams form and there's nothing you can do. He insisted my down spouts were clogged -- when they are not! the couple of spots that needed repairs, he would not even look at or address. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! His arrogance and insulting behavior was so bad and unprofessional, it was amazing!
