Very costly and gave bad recc's, inspector didn't even look in the crawlspace!

From the ice damming caused by the polar vortex 2019, the company came out to assess and repair damage. They looked for the easy way out, cut out out some wet drywall (without permits as required) and did not follow up to repair saying I lived too far from their staff. They were prompt when delivering and setting up the appliances to dry out the house. I was very disappointed that I had to find people at the last minute to complete the originally contracted job.
