I could be a commercial for this company. They begin by treating every customer like family. Howard Zubick has retired and his job has been taken over by Jim Slade BC-HIS. When you enter the establishment, you will be greeted by the receptionist Jen whose smile and knowledge is infectious. Then you will meet Jim who could be one of the most patient people I have ever met. He will go through the ins and outs of owning hearing aids. He will match you with aids that are perfect for your ear or ears. He will listen to your concerns and you will not leave until you completely satisfied with his explanations. If you have other questions in the future, just call. Either he will answer your question over the phone or he will ask you to come in at your convenience. As you can see I am totally happy with my dealings with Hearing Health. If I had to grade this company, I would give them an A+.

Dr. Howard H. Zubick at Hearing Health USA, Acton, MA, has fully retired and thus no longer works here. Thus his name should be removed from your reviews.
