Mostly used this store for the quality of Sears appliances, Sears financing, and the reliability of Sears service. The store itself was a zoo with staff attitudes ranging from indifferent to excellent.

High pressure sales tactics, almost to the point of bullying. Salesman visibly annoyed that I had bought some of the appliances from another store. I had been there the week before exploring the options and he assumed, although I in no way indicated, that he would get all the business. Tried to talk me out of my commitment to other store. Frankly, the only reason I split the purchase was because of my loyalty to Sears, where I had been a few times during the design to get information. Never again. You don't reward customer loyalty, especially if your customer is trying to hand you a credit card hoping you'll stop talking, by bringing on the hard sell at the closing of the sale. I should have walked out the first time the salesman challenged my decision. These guys need more training and I feel bad for the several well-trained, polite, respectful and competent staff that do work in that department because they don't deserve this poor rating. But I can't recommend this store.
