After conducting a thorough assessment of the existing HVAC unit and our heating/cooling loads, Andre provided options for replacement and explained the pros and cons of each. Andre responded quickly to questions. His assessment was much more thorough than others. Others did not offer options and charged more for their choice of equipment. The installation went smoothly and was done by friendly workers. When we noticed a problem with the new unit, Chaves responded immediately with a fix. Overall, the company was a pleasure to deal with - highly recommended.

They seem to have more customers than they can easily handle. If you're scheduling routine maintenance, call early. I haven't needed them for an emergency. Their techs are proficient and polite, which is one reason I have a service contract with them.
