Nice crew and worked hard on the installation, but were not as knowledgeable as they should have been and required coaching. Still, system as installed has worked very well for 12 years. System went out only once on very cold winter night. They were quite slow to respond despite promise of 24/7 service if you used them for maintenance.

Hi installation resulted in the system leaking - ruining my ceiling and then he charged to fix it. Wouldn't cover the damages to the ceiling
