My car had sat outside for 6 weeks in summer. It was really dirty - covered in pollen sort of glued on with sap. Took it to Titan for a regular drive-through car wash. When the drive though was complete, the car exterior was not clean on some sections. I went back through the line and explained. The staff guy let me go though again no charge and took extra care to add extra detergent to those spots with his wand. Second time was much better. I appreciated the good customer service.
