I sought out Flynn Roofers when a low pitched roof with two sky lights was leaking from the top of the roof and around both sky lights. A different company had placed the rubber roof three years before and were unable to find the leaks. When I called Flynn Roofers, Steve Flynn appeared two days later and pointed out (in detail) the poor job the prior party had done. He stated the 15 year old sky lights should have been replaced, detailed how the rubber should have been applied, described how new sky lights should be placed and offered two options with prices for each. He estimated when he might get to my job, and alerted me a week or two before, even arriving a couple of days earlier. His crew was great: careful, neat, and efficient. Steve returned the following day to show me how to work the skylights. The main shingled roof (also 3 years old), had a leak near the chimney. Steve caulked one area and felt re-flashing not needed unless leak persisted. I did no comparison shopping so can't speak to price - Steve knew about sky lights and rubber roofing and that was what I wanted. Plus, Steve is an pleasant and intelligent person.
