We've used Peter a number of times, most recently for haywire temperatures in our 17-year-old refrigerator. He took the time to research our problem and called back to say he’d be by next afternoon. Diagnosis: either the computer board (not made anymore) or the thermistor, which he brought along. He made clear that swapping out the thermistor might only prove that it was the board, but we decided to do it anyway. It turned out to be the thermistor, which saved us buying a new fridge. The entire transaction was very professional, and the bill quite reasonable.

Even though COVID was in process we received an immediate response from this locally owned company who was able to determine the cause of our broken frig and it was fixed in a matter of days
