Their estimates were very reasonable. The staff were pleasant to work with and communicate with. For the most part, the job was done really well (missed a few things but not too big of a deal). I was informed with enough notice that they had underestimated the distance and time it took to get to our home and that they wouldn't be able to finish the second part of the summer (which I hadn't paid for yet). However, I recently reached out to see if they would do a combination of jobs in one day, and they said they could. I was really happy to hear that because I was quite disappointed when they told me they couldn't continue helping us for the short term (until more business crops up in our area).
