Late on a Friday afternoon, my garage door would not close. I called and they quickly called back. Over the phone, he helped me get the door closed and then came by first thing Monday morning to fix the issue!! You cannot ask more than this.

We were able to schedule an appointment one week after call. Service was generally good, but info was lacking (e.g., options, explanation of repair). And despite asking that the door be given an all-around check, lube, etc., we were disappointed to find a number of squeaky hinges unaddressed. In all, the major repair work seems ok. It was rather pricey. But details could have been better addressed.
