I have a long dryer vent duct with several elbows, ending on the roof of my house. I provided very specific details to the scheduler including an absolute requirement for a ladder. The technicians arrived without a ladder. With rain coming and no ladder I rescheduled the job and again provided all details. They again failed to bring a ladder and asked to use mine. They completely failed to clear the duct of lint, leaving it 100% blocked to any air flow. Horrible job. Needed a second contractor to clear the line they should have cleaned.
