Continued with them after Drolet & Associates--who were uniformly outstanding-- merged. Service gradually declined, and I was essentially notified that my business wasn't worth their while anymore (after 20+ years) by letter dated November 30th. This left me searching for a new accountant at the worst possible time. Very unprofessional.

Stopped using CBM circa 2018 after numerous errors across several years. One pays in money, time and effort to correct these errors made by staff. It was difficult to reach the principal in charge of our return - it was frustrating on both ends, I believe Expensive given process and product.
