The design of our bathroom remodeling was very good, and the designer provided some excellent suggestions. However, the thrust was towards getting the most expensive hardware and equipment which we resisted. While the designer was very competent, the ordering and monitoring of the purchased goods was inferior. Certain critical equipment was not ordered and other hardware was ordered late resulting in a long delay of project completion.

Recommended
Expensive; seemed determined to make bathroom overhaul complicated and did not provide optimum service when we insisted on less ambitious overhaul. On the good side, their contractor who did the work -- Crakovia -- was first rate.
