Lisa is by far one of the best stylists around but she ain't cheap. She is particularly good with short hair styles but is equally superior with the longer cuts if you make it VERY clear to her that you do not want her to cut too much off. I was very disappointed with my first cut by her because she cut way more than I expected; however, the quality of the cut proved fabulous as it grew out. The next time, I gave her my strong preference that she restrain herself from cutting too much and she did a perfect job. She's got a TON of high level professional experience and she's a perfectionist who always aims to provide quality work. Her husband is also very good and his cuts are not as highly priced. Their son is now also a stylist who seems to get a lot of attention from the younger crowd but I can't speak for his work. This is a family business that is definitely worth supporting.

Lisa Alexis, an owner, is easily distracted by other shop business. She gives a nice haircut but doesn't offer new options or suggestions.

Not Recommended
Experience with owner spotty, sometimes a good cut, sometimes not. He is distractable, stops in the middle of a cut to talk to another customer or answer the phone. Atmosphere not relaxing.
